Overview
PCM coolant pack · hard-shell format with chamfer
This reusable PCM pack with chamfer measures 266 × 266 × 26 mm and is intended for use in suitably designed thermal packaging. The chamfered edges can support a compact, repeatable arrangement in packing layouts designed for this format. Select the melting point according to the required product temperature, packaging configuration and pre-conditioning process.

Packaging unit: 12 packs per carton. Minimum order quantity: 10 cartons or 120 packs.
Selection guidance: PCM +5 can be used in appropriately designed packaging systems for goods requiring a temperature range of +2 to +8 °C. PCM +18 and PCM +22 are options for applications in the +15 to +25 °C range. PCM −21 is suitable for selected frozen applications and can provide a reusable dry ice alternative. The PCM −21 pack itself is not classified as dangerous goods; this does not determine the classification of the complete shipment. The PCM melting point is not the same as the product temperature.
Pre-conditioning: The required temperature and duration depend on the selected PCM variant and the complete packaging configuration. A reliable shipping duration cannot be derived from a single PCM pack.
